• How do I return an order?

    If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an(y) item(s), please return your order within 30 days from receiving your order. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Our Ready to Wear collection has to be returned unused, unwashed and with all labels still attached. 

    Please note: For orders placed during our online sale the return period is 14 days.

    You can return items by scanning the QR code on the packing list or going to You will need your order number and email address used to place the order.

    Always keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed. Once we have received your return, we will do our best to process it quickly. As soon as your return is processed, we'll send you a confirmation via email. 

    Please be advised that we do not cover any return costs outside of The Netherlands.

    Please do not forget to attach the commercial invoice of the package for orders being placed from outside of the European Union. The commercial invoice needs to be printed three times. One copy needs to be sticked on the package, one needs to be added in the package, and the third copy needs to be handed in at the UPS drop off point.

  • Do you offer exchanges?

    You can easily exchange your items by scanning the QR code on the packing list or going to

    After you've filled out your order number and e-mail address used to place the order you can select the item(s) you want to exchange. Select a reason why you want to exchange and what size you would like to receive.

    Ship your item(s) back to us according to our return policy and we will ship out your exchange when your desired item(s) are in stock by the time we receive your return. If the desired size is not in stock anymore, we will refund you the purchase amount to the payment method used.

    Shipping and/or billing address cannot be changed when an exchange is requested. Return your item(s) and place a new order. 

  • My return arrived at your warehouse more than 14 days ago, but I did not receive my refund yet. What should I do?

    We are very sorry that you have not yet received your refund. Could you please get in touch with our customer service? Please keep your order number and tracking code ready, so we can solve this quickly. 

  • When do I receive my refund?

    We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account that was used for the order.

  • What are the costs to return an item?

    We offer free returns for orders placed within The Netherlands. The costs for returning items differ based on the shipping company and country that you ship your return from. Please check with your local post office for pricing.

    Please note that during the sale, we do not offer free returns.

    Filling Pieces strongly recommends that every item is returned using registered mail. If the return is not shipped using registered mail, Filling Pieces cannot be held liable for missing items.

    Please note that the cost to return items are at the customer's own expense. 

  • I paid my order with a digital gift card, but I want to return it. How does that work?

    You can return your order following the standard procedure. We can’t refund the entire purchase amount to your bank account if you have paid in part with a digital gift card. The gift card credits will be re-activated on a digital gift card.

  • Did you receive my return?

    Once we have received your shipment, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes a maximum of two working days to start processing your return. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will issue the refund or process the purchase amount into store credits. We will send you an email once this is finished.

  • What do I do when an item I ordered is damaged?

    We’re sorry that the item you purchased is damaged. Please in inform us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a solution.

    Go to or scan the QR code on the packing list. To find your order fill out your order number and e-mail address. Select the damaged item and choose the option 'Product is damaged'. Upload at least one and a maximum of 3 photos that give the best impression of the damage. Describe the problem as best as you can so we can provide you with a fitting solution.After your request is submitted we will contact you as soon as possible.

    Please do not send damaged items back to us without submitting a request to us first, you need an authorization code to be able to send back any damaged items.
