Art Direction Intern


Filling Pieces is looking for a talented Art Direction intern. In this role you will be supporting our art direction and marketing team with visualization of all creatives and artistic concepts.  


Responsibilities: 


  • Creating visual drafts using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Assisting the art direction and marketing team in bringing creative ideas and concepts to life
  • Being up to date on all relevant media and innovation that could be beneficial to our brand
  • Assist our Art Direction Coordinator with day to day activities

  • Proven experience in Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator
  • Strong skills in visual presentations
  • Skills such as multitasking, managing information and creativity
  • Well-organized, communicative and eager to contribute to team success, pro-active approach; flexible, curious

Shop in Shop Representative


Filling Pieces is looking for a Shop in Shop Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing great customer experience to all customers who visit our Filling Pieces Shop in Shop to purchase our products.  
 
Responsibilities: 


  • Assist each customer giving them tailored advice
  • Deliver excellent service to our customers with a high degree of professionalism 
  • Handle the visual merchandising of the Filling Pieces shop in shop in consultation with our sales department 
  • Communicate internally with the store manager and liaise with our sales department
  • Maximise sales and achieve set sales targets
Profile:


  • You have a friendly and helpful approach

  • You have great communication and listening skills

Requirements:

HR Coordinator 


Filling Pieces is looking for a highly motivated HR coordinator. This role is perfect for a down to earth yet intelligent and focused HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will be able to work and communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, contributing to our goal of achieving a diverse and positive work environment.


Responsibilties:


  • Responsible for the recruitment of new talent
  • Coordinate strategic organizational changes that increase productivity and employee satisfaction by stimulating our culture, modifying the way we think, act and behave
  • Overall maintenance and management of the employee personnel file
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  • Deal with employee requests
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide support to the HR manager and department managers


Profile:


  • You are a self-starter with ability to lead and function independently
  • You have great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Filling Pieces is looking for a talented Marketing intern. In this role you will support the marketing team in coordinating the marketing of Filling Pieces across PR, social, events and retail marketing.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the organization of international marketing events
  • Assist in the organization of product shoots 
  • Gather social highlights for our weekly marketing update
  • Assist our Art Direction team
  • Assist in the coordination of launching multiple in-store product campaigns
  • Assist with other ad hoc marketing activities
  • Assist our marketing coordinators side by side
